Enhanced 911 Service

Enhanced 911 Service

What it is:
Enhanced 9-1-1 or E9-1-1 service is a North American telecommunications based system that automatically associates a physical address with the calling party's telephone number, and routes the call to the most appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for that address. The caller's address and information is displayed to the PSAP calltaker immediately upon call arrival. This provides emergency responders with the location of the emergency without the person calling for help having to provide it. This is often useful in times of fires, break-ins, kidnapping, and other events where communicating one's location is difficult or impossible.

How it works:
Customers must enter the address they want associated with E911 into netTALK's online customer account manager at http://login.nettalk.com

What it is:
See what the number is, then decide if you want to answer There are telephone carriers that charge as much as $7.50 per month for Caller ID. Not at netTALK. We give you the control plus information you need - and you pay not a penny more! Caller ID works with Call Waiting as well. You can be on the phone when someone else calls. See what number is calling and if you choose, do not answer. The call will simply go to your voicemail. Cool!

How it works:
The phone number you select when you login to the online customer account manager becomes your caller ID.

Three Way Calling

What it is:
Happens all the time you are on the phone and need to consult with someone else to get the answer to a question now. No biggy, just add that other person in a three way call, and the answer was that easy. No wasted time hanging up with one person, calling another, hanging up with them and then calling back the first person. netTALK 3-Way Calling allows you to put on a third party on the same call. And again, all of this at no extra charge. Unlike others who claim you can have up to six callers if one other person has 3-way calling and can not deliver on this claim we provide you with an even better solution.

How it works:
Make 1st call. Called party Answers. Hit flash or hook switch make 2nd call, 2nd called party answers. Then press *46# and all three parties are on the call.

In order to access the customer login page, first navigate to http://login.nettalk.com. At the login screen use the username and password provided for you in your package to access your account page.
