("netTALK"; OTCBB: NTLK), a publicly-traded Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) engaged in the sales of products and connectivity network phone service for using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), announced today that George Gabb has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Gabb is Chair of the Computer Information Systems Department (CIS), Miami Dade College (MDC) North Campus.

Mr. Gabb has been with MDC since 1998. Prior to that he held a variety of Director-level academic IT-related positions. In addition to his academic background, Mr. Gabb is a member of the Florida Bar. He holds a B.S. in Psychology, M.S. in Computer Information Systems, and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University.
